Regarding WorkMarket,Jeff Leventhal's idea of a "Labor Resource Platform" is still relevant. This is the first site that allows you both be a service provider, as well as be a service buyer. You can fund your projects that need workers by taking jobs on yourself, and funding your account. They also allow terms, and if your credit standing with them is good, or your service track record is high, they offer you credit to be able to *create* work. I'm only a technician, but i have $1,500 credit with them for creating work.
